PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This flexo printing machine features a robust frame constructed with 60mm thickened wall panels and reinforced support bars to deliver outstanding stability during operation. It is equipped with motor frequency conversion speed control and an intelligent PLC computer system for precise and reliable performance. The ink supply system operates automatically, with the ink motor stopping when printing finishes and restarting when printing begins. Adopting high-precision widened synchronous belt drive, the machine ensures accurate printing dimensions and stable registration. It is designed with a blowing device, and the heating system applies central constant temperature control combined with independent group control. The printing roller is made of thickened steel material with a 0.1mm hard chrome plating layer for enhanced durability. All aluminum alloy guide wheels undergo hard oxidation treatment and dynamic and static balance calibration. A cold air setting bellows is installed to effectively prevent ink adhesion and other defects after printing. The machine produces clear and well-defined printed patterns with strong layers, supported by a still picture monitoring system. It supports both single winding and double winding modes to meet diverse production requirements.
