Ci Flexo Press
The system can be integrated online with a vision-based quality inspection system. Installed at the material feed position between the final color dryer and the winding unit-without requiring any modifications to the main machine structure-it uses a high-speed camera to continuously capture real-time images of the printed image. By automatically comparing these images against a standard template, the system intelligently identifies various defects, such as smudges, knife marks, missed prints, and registration errors. Upon detecting an issue, it immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically marks the location. This enables printing and quality inspection to be completed simultaneously, eliminating the need for offline re-inspection and reducing labor costs and material waste.
