Ci Flexo Printing Machine
A CI (Central Impression) flexo press utilizes a large precision central drum as the common fixed reference. All color stations are arranged radially around this drum. During printing, the substrate is held firmly against the drum surface throughout the entire color sequence, eliminating repeated web lift-off between units. This rigid support delivers consistent tension and zero positional shift, which is the fundamental reason for stable ink laydown and uniform color density in long-run mass production. Servo-synchronized drives ensure perfect register, while integrated hot-air dryers cure each color instantly, preventing ink smudge and maintaining identical ink tone from the first meter to the last.
