This printer adopts vertical stacked modular design, which saves much workshop space. Equipped with independent servo color registration system and sectional hot air drying units, it keeps registration error within 0.15mm, delivering even color and sharp patterns at high running speed. It boasts wide material adaptability, perfectly printing BOPP, OPP, PE, PVC, PET plastic films, cellophane, non-woven fabrics, paper rolls, adhesive labels and other flexible substrates, widely applied for food packaging, daily chemical wrappers, garment accessories, shopping bags, paper cups and paper bowls.
During the test run, our technical team simulated both small custom batches and mass production with long continuous web running. The machine maintains balanced film tension, allows quick plate change, runs smoothly without vibration or color shift. It features fewer wearing parts and lower long-term maintenance cost.
